As a full-service Real Estate professional and advisor, licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia, I help clients sell, buy and lease residential and commercial real estate.
I begin to work with each client by actively listening and discussing their goals and objectives. Then we discuss market conditions that may have a positive or negative impact. Once we agree on a strategy, I begin implementation. During the implementation phase, I provide telephone, written and in-person reports at every important milestone.
I am always ready to help my clients to quickly pursue opportunities and address buy-sell challenges. I maintain professional, arms-length relationships with mortgage lenders (VA, FHA, USDA and conventional mortgages); lenders for commercial loans; licensed construction and home improvement contractors; title companies and lawyers; and companies that provide the full range of trades.
My approach to managing client relationships and organizing to deliver what each client needs, draws on my background in the healthcare industry and in information technology consulting. In each of these fields, the important disciplines are understanding the needs of each client, organizing the right resources, and delivering on time. I bring these same disciplines to each real estate client.
I am a member of Prince Georges County Association of Realtors (PGCAR). I serve on committees that help address the challenge of finding affordable housing; and provide input to the legislative agendas for the County and the State of Maryland. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
